We normally deliver within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. During peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter, delivery time may be slightly longer. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes! When your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel directly with the carrier.
What is remote stock and how long is the delivery time?
What is remote stock and how long is the delivery time?
Some products with us are stored at a remote warehouse. These are usually delivered within 10–14 days. We dispatch from the remote warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Orders containing both in-stock and remote stock items are shipped together unless otherwise agreed. If you wish for a partial delivery, note this in the order note or contact us.

If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, the following charges apply: return shipping (kr 69), new dispatch (kr 69) and uncollected parcel fee (kr 70) — a total of kr 208.

You have 30 days return rights from the day you receive the item, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. The product must be in original packaging for us to accept a return.

We apologise! Contact us at support@parfymeparadiset.no with your order number and a photo of the product you received, and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us at support@parfymeparadiset.no. We will ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you bear the cost of return shipping yourself. If the product is damaged, incorrect or defective, we cover the return shipping.

We accept Klarna, Vipps, Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely by Dintero.
Is it safe to pay on the website?

Yes, absolutely! All payments are encrypted and secure. We do not store card information, and all transactions are processed by our approved payment partner Dintero.

- Extrait de Parfum: 20–40% perfume oil — strongest and longest lasting (12–24 hours)
- Eau de Parfum (EDP): 15–20% perfume oil — most common in our range (6–10 hours)
- Eau de Toilette (EDT): 5–15% perfume oil — lighter and fresher (4–6 hours)

Why do Arabic perfumes last longer than regular perfumes?
Arabic perfumes contain higher concentrations of perfume oil and are built around heavy, long-lasting base notes such as oud, ambre and musk. Most Arabic EDPs last 8–14 hours. Read more in our guide to Arabic perfumes.

Oud is the heart of Arabic perfumery — a dark, resinous substance from the heartwood of the Aquilaria tree. It provides a deeply woody, smoky and animalic scent that is unmistakable. Read more in our Scent Dictionary.

Arabic perfumes are generally stronger than Western ones, but perfectly usable at work. Use only 1–2 sprays, and choose lighter floral or musky fragrances for everyday use. Save the heavier oud fragrances for evenings and special occasions.

How do I store my perfume best?
How do I store my perfume best?
- Away from direct sunlight — UV rays break down fragrance molecules
- In a cool, dark place — not in the bathroom where temperature fluctuates
- With the cap on — air exposure oxidises the perfume over time
- Upright — avoid sprayers leaking
A well-stored perfume can keep for 3–5 years after opening.
Where should I apply perfume for best effect?
Where should I apply perfume for best effect?
Apply perfume to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears and the inside of the elbows. Spray on moist skin right after a shower for extra longevity. Avoid rubbing your wrists together.

How many sprays should I use?
As a rule of thumb: 1–2 sprays for everyday use and work, 2–3 sprays for evenings and special occasions. Always start with less and adjust as needed.
Can perfume expire?
Can perfume expire?
Perfume does not have a fixed expiry date, but can change character over time — particularly if stored incorrectly. Signs that a perfume has gone off are that it smells sour or flat. Properly stored, most perfumes keep well for 3–5 years after opening.
